(Please tick your preferred option or speak to the Secretary who will be pleased to discuss your particular requirements. Please note, on Saturday and Bank Holidays, Society Tee Reservation is 10.30am and play, preferably in two or three balls.)

A minimum of 12 playing is required to qualify for the above rates.

We cater for vegetarians but require advance notice. A list of some of the meals available appears on the following page. Please note, unless otherwise agreed Dinner is a two course meal i.e. Starter & Main Course or Main Course & Sweet, Lunch is one course only, either Soup & Sandwiches or Baguettes & Chips.

A deposit in the sum of £100.00 is required, which should be forwarded with the completed application form.

We will do all we can to ensure you have an enjoyable visit and look forward to welcoming your Society to our course.

Please note, for Dinner, with the exception of vegetarian dishes, select one main course only. Unless we are notified to the contrary it will be assumed that your party requires Main Course and Dessert. Additional cost for a three course meal is £3.00.

Visiting Societies - Guidelines

We respectfully request that members of your Society observe the following basic requirements.

1) Changing is NOT permitted in the car park. Facilities for such purpose are provided in the clubhouse.
2) Both members and visitors alike must play with their own set of clubs and golf bag.
3) Golf shoes must be worn on both the course and practice area.
4) Trousers may not be worn tucked into socks.
5) Before playing on the course please ensure that you have the following:-
Tees, Pitch Mark Repairer and Ball Marker.
6) Please replace your Divots and repair your Pitch Marks.
7) THE RETRIEVAL OF GOLF BALLS LYING OUT OF BOUNDS ON ADJOINING LAND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

DRESS REGULATIONS
On the Course and in the Clubhouse the following are NOT permitted.

a) Denim Jeans, Denim Shirts or Denim Jackets.
b) Sleeveless Shirts or T Shirts.
c) Training Shoes
d) Track Suits or Shell Suits

In the Clubhouse
a) Casual Dress is acceptable but should be of smart appearance.
b) Golf Shoes may NOT be worn in the lounge bar.
Tailored shorts of one colour, are permissible both on the course and in the lounge bar during summer months.
HATS must be removed on entering the lounge bar.
