A tough hole and players must favour the left side of the fairway when driving as any shot finishing right will either be caught by the water or be blocked out by the trees which over hang the right side of the fairway. You need to be able to carry the ball 200 yards in the air to carry the ditch that awaits otherwise a lay up is the sensible option. Getting past the pin with your approach is key as this will leave you the best chance for a single putt birdie.
